About the position

The work takes place in ordinary housing. In your role, you assess activity capacity and ensure that the patient has the right assistive devices prescribed and adapted to the individual's needs. You assist with writing certificates when the patient wishes to apply for housing adaptation grants. You mentor and educate care staff to create a secure and rehabilitative working approach. Together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, you find solutions that create a holistic approach to care – focusing on making daily life easier and contributing to preserving and strengthening the elderly's functions, health, and well-being.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed occupational therapist. We see a need for you to have experience working in home healthcare.
• As a person, you are mature, stable, and cooperative, receptive and communicative, and work professionally with colleagues, residents, and relatives.
• Are flexible, can prioritize cases, and can plan your day.
• Enjoy working in a team as we work cross-professionally and strive for high quality.
