Who we are

Svea KBT and Elly Care are two of Sweden's largest psychology companies, employing psychologists, doctors, and nurses who are incredibly competent, skilled, and dedicated. Behind the scenes, an operations team works to ensure everything flows, grows, and gets better every day. We work with therapy, medical treatment, neuropsychiatric assessments, occupational health services, education, and supervision. But we also work on improving our internal processes, building new services, taking care of our employees, finding smarter ways to meet our patients, and expanding to more locations, regions, and ways to make a difference.

You will mainly:

  • Support managers in labor law issues, employee matters, and difficult conversations.
  • Drive and develop HR processes within areas such as onboarding, working environment, and performance management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and turn them into clear and scalable ways of working.
  • Contribute to organizational and change work as the business grows.
  • Coordinate events and manage schedules, budgets, and practical details.
  • Ensure that processes, documentation, and internal routines are clear, sustainable, and efficient.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and leadership regarding priorities, team development, and resource needs.
  • Participate in and handle union dialogues and labor law processes.
  • Coordinate and develop initiatives that strengthen employee experience and internal communication.
  • Work both strategically and operationally in a role where you are expected to take initiative and drive issues forward.

What kind of person do you need to be to appreciate this job?

  • You know your stuff and are used to handling both simple and complex cases. Taking charge and being both advisory and clear is second nature to you.
  • You have good experience with union negotiations.
  • You quickly notice if someone is withdrawing or if the energy in the group drops, and you address it. You prefer coaching to pointing fingers, but you set boundaries when necessary.
  • You double-check formulations, details, and who actually needs to be in a conversation, because you know that quality in HR work often lies in the details.
  • If you see something at risk of falling through the cracks, you are proactive.
  • You automatically think in steps. You like documents, checklists, and ways of working that not only work today but also hold up as we grow.
  • You dare to say what needs to be said, even when it feels a bit uncomfortable. For you, difficult conversations are not dangerous as long as they are handled decently and with respect.
  • When you receive feedback, you thank and adjust, you don't defend. And when someone else comes up with a better idea than your own, you are the first to say let's go with that.
  • You can talk about goals, budgets, and motivation without losing the warmth in the room. When the team succeeds, you lift them up first.
