At Advansi AB, we strive to create meaningful opportunities for our participants and are now looking for an engaged and qualified supervisor to strengthen our team in Stockholm.

We offer a part-time position at 50 percent, where you will work closely with our participants in the Rusta and Matcha 2 programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Qualified supervisor with relevant education and experience in the field. See requirements below:

Option 1:

• Education: At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system).
• Work Experience: At least two years of full-time experience in a relevant field.

Option 2:

• Education: At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade.
• Work Experience: At least three years of full-time experience in team leadership, recruitment, career guidance, or similar areas.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the individual needs of participants.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct activities and support measures for participants within the framework of Rusta and Matcha 2.
• Provide individual supervision and support based on participants' needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic and effective effort.
• Follow up and evaluate participants' progress.
