As a Quality Engineer Production, you will gain a holistic understanding of the production flow and how different situations require different approaches. You will work in a high-volume production environment where even minor deviations can have significant consequences, demanding strong analytical skills and technical understanding.

You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and preventing quality deviations, as well as driving improvement initiatives within production.

In this role, you will primarily:

• Drive and implement quality improvement measures regarding working methods and processes
• Work with measurement technology and develop evaluation techniques
• Conduct advanced investigations and analyses related to deviations
• Analyze, develop, and improve measurement methods
• Work with statistical analysis and contribute to quality improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to create long-term solutions

Requirements:

• University degree or Master of Science in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. You have a strong technical interest and are driven by solving complex problems
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
