Your Workplace

Molkom Health Centre is a small clinic with 4,000 registered patients and is currently not dependent on locum tenens doctors. The health centre is located three miles outside of Karlstad, with good public transport connections. At Molkom Health Centre, various professions work together to create the best care for our patients. We have experienced staff and place great importance on you, as a district physician/doctor, having strong collaboration skills.

Among our staff are district physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, rehabilitation coordinators, podiatrists, and healthcare administrators. The health centre also hosts a child health centre, a midwife clinic, a laboratory, and a physiotherapy clinic.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include both emergency and scheduled outpatient activities, as well as some on-call and standby work within the outpatient area of northern Karlstad.

Your Knowledge and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general practice and eligible to work within the Swedish healthcare system. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have an easy time building good relationships with both patients and colleagues.

You thrive in outpatient work and value continuity in patient contacts, where you meet patients with empathy. You enjoy mentoring and want to actively contribute to developing the health centre, while always seeing the bigger picture.

Collaboration skills are important to us, and we would like you to have an easy time working together with colleagues from all our professional groups. You appreciate interdisciplinary working methods and see the value in leveraging different competencies within the team. You work independently, take responsibility, and have an engaged, humble, and structured approach to work, focusing on quality and solutions.
