As a summer replacement in home care, you work based on the customer's individual needs, benefit decisions, and implementation plans.

You help our customers in their daily lives and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.

The tasks may include personal care, assistance with meals, in-home services, social support, and documentation. Delegated health and medical care tasks occur after training and introduction.

The work is varied and requires responsibility, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills. You work both independently and together with colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• can express themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• is confident with documentation and using various systems at work
• is responsible, sensitive, and can work both independently and in a team
• can ride a bicycle

Merits

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working in home care, elderly care, or similar operations
• a B-class driver's license
• ongoing studies in the healthcare and care program

About the recruitment process

In the event of employment, you must present a valid photo ID. For work in homes with the elderly, you must also present extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. These extracts must be shown upon request by the employer. You must also be able to prove your right to work in Sweden with valid documents.

About the employment

Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension.

Scope: Part-time or full-time as agreed.

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend.

Start date: As agreed.

Location: Västerås.
