We are looking for someone who currently works or has previously worked as a shift leader, but we also welcome those who wish to develop into a shift leader and take their next step within the restaurant and service industry.

As a shift leader with us, you play a vital role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You are responsible for leading and distributing tasks during your shift, coaching employees, and ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience every time they visit. The role involves varied and fast-paced work where no two days are alike.

Among other things, you will be working with:

  • Leading and motivating the team during shifts
  • Ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Coaching and training employees in daily operations
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Serving as a role model and contributing to a positive work environment

The position we offer is between 75–100% and working hours vary between days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and passionate about creating both satisfied guests and a strong team.

We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have natural leadership skills, enjoy collaborating with others, and are motivated by achieving results together with your team.

To fit the role, we would like you to:

  • Have previous experience from restaurants, service, or a leadership role
  • Enjoy leading and coaching other people
  • Be solution-oriented and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Be flexible and able to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends

It is an advantage if you have previously worked at McDonald’s or in similar fast-food operations, but the most important thing for us is your attitude, willingness to develop, and ability to lead others.
