Kinds Golf AB is now looking for a Cook / Junior Sous Chef for the restaurant at Kinds Golf Club. We are a small restaurant with close collaboration, short decision-making paths, and a business where everyone helps out. Here, you will have the opportunity to be involved in both the daily operations and the development of the menu, offerings, and guest experience.

This role suits you if you have experience from the kitchen or relevant education and want to grow in responsibility. You do not need extensive experience as a sous chef; what matters most to us is that you enjoy cooking, are responsible, and want to help build something forward-looking.

About Us

The club is located in a nature-friendly environment between two small communities and has approximately 800 members, but the restaurant welcomes golfers, guests, companies, and visitors.

The business is currently in an exciting phase of development. Over the past two years, Kinds Golf AB has been run by the club, and from 2025, a new CEO and Club Manager will be in place. We are now ramping up our work to develop both the concept, goals, and the overall experience.

About the Role

As a Cook / Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager, who is also operational in the restaurant. Together, you are responsible for creating a welcoming, functional, and appreciated restaurant experience for members, guests, and visitors.

The work is varied and influenced by season, competitions, events, and daily restaurant operations. Since we are a small operation, you need to enjoy taking responsibility, be flexible, and step in where needed.

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Cooking and preparing food for lunch, evenings, events, and competitions
• Contributing ideas for menus, ingredient selection, and offerings
• Being involved in the planning and development of the restaurant's concept
• Ensuring quality, order, and good structure in the kitchen
• Working with self-control and routines
• Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager and other staff
• Contributing to a positive experience for our guests

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have experience from the kitchen, restaurant education, or equivalent knowledge. You might be at the beginning of your kitchen career and want to take the next step, or you may have worked for a few years and are looking for a role where you have greater opportunities to influence.

Since the role involves serving responsibilities, you must be at least 20 years old.

Scope: Full-time

Start Date: According to agreement

Salary: 27,000 - 33,000 SEK, always negotiable.

Working hours vary depending on season, opening hours, competitions, and events.
