Carpenter Needed for Workaton

Workaton is looking for an independent carpenter to handle primarily smaller service and maintenance jobs for large property management companies, mainly in Malmö and the surrounding area.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, responsible, and thrives working independently on-site with clients. This role suits both those who want to work full-time and those who prefer part-time or hourly employment.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair work in apartments and buildings
• Minor carpentry and maintenance tasks
• Contact with tenants and property managers
• Planning and booking of own cases
• Time reporting and simple administration via app/system

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter
• Holds a valid Swedish Category B driver's license
• Is self-motivated and responsible
• Can plan and book their own work independently
• Has basic computer skills and can use apps for time reporting, etc.
• Speaks Swedish or English
