Information about the position:

In the role of Project Manager, your work is characterized by structure and delivery. The position is part of our staffing service, which means that you are employed by Sodajo and work as a consultant for our client.

As a Lighting Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire project process from the early stages, where you contribute with everything from technical solutions and planning to implementation and delivery of lighting installations for both existing and new customers. You drive projects within, for example, roads, parks, and tunnels in public environments, with a focus on quality, function, and sustainability.

The role combines technical work with a strong project and business focus, where you coordinate resources, schedules, and deliveries. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to ensure efficient and feasible projects.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for driving technical projects, including planning, control, budget, and implementation, as well as direct leadership and coordination for technicians working in the field.
• Ongoing contact and communication with external parties, including companies, authorities, and other significant stakeholders, to coordinate and report on the project's status and compliance.
• Ensure that project goals, timeframes, and budgets are followed through structured follow-up and documentation.
• Ensure that quality and environmental requirements are met throughout the project's lifecycle according to current legal requirements and governing documents.

We are looking for you who:

In this recruitment process, great importance is placed on personal qualities. Either you have worked in a supervisory role and are ready to take the next step, with a clear background in construction/contracting and/or power distribution, or you have previous experience of project management in a relevant area. We see that you are a strong communicator with broad technical understanding, who can handle different stakeholders and drive projects forward. You possess the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and assignments.

You hold a B-driver's license and are fluent in Swedish and English.
