Do you want to take a key role in securing future talent for one of Sweden's largest service organizations? We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months – a person who thrives in a role that combines strategic responsibility with operational delivery.

Here, you will become a central part of a small, driven, and business-close Talent Acquisition team, where you have significant mandate to influence both direction and working methods.

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that Sodexo attracts and recruits the right talent – today and in the future. The role entails clear overall responsibility for strategy, priorities, and operational delivery within Talent Acquisition (TA).

You work closely with the business and act as a senior partner and advisor to managers on matters related to talent supply, recruitment strategies, and process quality.

At the same time, you drive recruitment processes yourself, primarily for leadership and senior specialist roles, where you are expected to contribute with security, structure, and business acumen throughout the entire process.

You play a key role in:

  • setting direction and structure for TA work
  • ensuring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience
  • developing working methods, processes, and tools together with the team

Main responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to managers on matters related to talent needs and recruitment strategy
  • Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on senior roles and leadership recruitment
  • Ensure quality in processes, selection, and candidate assessments
  • Prioritize and coordinate TA work based on business needs
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive the development of processes, tools, and working methods
  • Participate in and lead initiatives within areas such as Employer Branding, EVP, and pre-/onboarding

About you

We are looking for you who are a senior and confident recruiter with a good ability to switch between strategic overview and operational execution.

You are accustomed to taking responsibility, prioritizing in a varied daily routine, and working closely with the business in an advisory role.

You have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Documented experience in independently driving recruitment of leaders and senior specialists
  • Strong ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships
  • Good business understanding and ability to translate needs into concrete recruitment efforts
  • A structured working style and experience in driving multiple processes in parallel

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

  • leading or coordinating recruitment work/teams
  • working with the development of processes, tools, or TA strategy

You will become part of an HR team of approximately 15 people and report directly to the HR Director. We offer a hybrid workplace with the possibility to combine work from our office in Garnisonen with remote work.
