We are proud to create value for our customers through innovation, quality, and sustainability. Your Role As a Regional Project Coordinator, you will become a key player in our project delivery. You will lead and coordinate projects at several of our client sites in Sweden (excluding Stockholm) - from minor office adaptations to complex renovations. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure that every project is a success. Your Responsibilities:

• Drive projects from start to finish
• Manage procurement and supplier contacts
• Act as the customer's advisor and build long-term relationships
• Ensure financial follow-up and reporting
• Support local teams as needed

You have experience in project management and preferably a technical background. You are structured, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Facility Management, construction projects, or similar is a plus. We would like you to have:

• Experience in project management and procurement
• Familiarity with BAS-P/BAS-U and standard contracts (AB04, ABK09, ABT06)
• Ability to read drawings (Bluebeam)
• Good financial understanding
• Proficiency in English and the Office suite
