Bartender responsible for the hotel restaurant & Orangeriet on Söder

To our restaurant and Orangeriet on Söder, we are now seeking a driven and responsible bartender who loves meeting people and thrives in a lively environment where no two evenings are alike.

One evening the pace is high and the restaurant is full of happy guests; the next evening feels more like a lovely group of friends around the bar. Regardless of the situation, you are the one who keeps the energy up and ensures that both guests and colleagues enjoy themselves.

About the role

As a bartender with us, you will:

• Be responsible for the bar and the daily operations of the restaurant and Orangeriet
• Serve cocktails, coffee, and other beverages with quality and flair
• Be a natural leader in service and contribute to a smoothly functioning team
• Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for our guests
• Help out where needed and maintain the pace during intense evenings

Evenings and weekends

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in bartending and service
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and confident in the role
• Has a sense of hospitality and loves giving guests that little extra
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm when things get busy
• Has leadership qualities and enjoys getting a team to work together
• Is positive, social, and quick to laugh

Experience from restaurant operations or team leadership is a plus, but most importantly for us is your personality, energy, and willingness to take responsibility.
