Description

Sagagården Kitchen is looking for an engaged and self-reliant cook! Do you want to be part of a kitchen that creates good, nutritious meals for several operations within the municipality every day? Then this is the job for you.

Sagagården Kitchen is a production kitchen that prepares food for the preschool, school, nursing home, and home care services. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

As a cook with us, you work independently with the entire meal chain:

• Planning and ordering of food
• Cooking and preparation of raw food/salads
• Self-control and food hygiene
• Administration and invoice handling
• Dishes, cleaning, and order in the kitchen environment
• Continuous contact with staff and customers

You have support from colleagues and the meal manager but are responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have upper secondary education in large-scale kitchens/restaurants or equivalent education/experience. You have competence in special diets and medically adapted diets. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and experience with e-commerce are meritorious.

A B-driver's license is required.
