What does the job as Kitchen Staff with us entail? The role involves working in the kitchen and rotating between stations such as the grill, fryer, and salad bar. You ensure that the kitchen is clean and that self-checks are followed. As kitchen staff at Brödernas, you work in teams, so it is important that you are a team player and understand the importance of communication and collaboration.

The recruitment process Once you have applied for the job, you will receive a link to a digital interview with our AI robot, Hubert. The interview takes approximately 20–30 minutes.
