Chef, à la carte
The kitchen at Lottas produces fresh pasta daily, makes its own stocks, and marinates and tenderizes its own meat. We use few or no semi-finished products. In short, a bit of an old-school kitchen ideal!
The menu is a mix between pub classics and "fine dining". The goal is reasonably priced food with surprising quality.
The kitchen is larger than the pub area – approx. 250 square meters – with the capacity to serve around 450 diners per evening, which is not uncommon during weekends.
We are looking for you if you have a burning interest in cooking and good service, enjoy working in a team, and put the guest first.
Experience is an advantage.
