We are looking for you who want to work as an Administrator at Frigoscandia at their facility in Jordbro. Do you have experience in an administrative and customer service role and are comfortable with systems? This could be the role for you!
Your Assignment
In the role of Administrator, you will become an important part of the administrative team where customer contact and case management are in focus. You play a key role in the daily logistics flow and are usually the first point of contact for customers and drivers. You work continuously in the company's CRM and case management systems, where you are responsible for registering, following up, and responding to incoming questions and discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Document and handle incoming cases in Frigoscandia's CRM System
- Be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails
- Follow up on cases and ensure feedback to the customer
- Handle and follow up on discrepancies
- Manage bookings and help the warehouse report orders
- Receive drivers at the facility and issue documents/bills of lading
You will work on-site from the facility in Jordbro, working between 7:00-16:00 Monday - Friday, with the possibility of remote work if needed.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have experience from a previous role in service and customer service, preferably with elements of transport or logistics. You have good system familiarity, learn new systems quickly, and have very good knowledge of the Office suite.
To succeed in the role, you are flexible and adapt easily to changes. You always maintain a high level of service and work proactively to prevent and solve problems. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, structured, and thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment with many contact surfaces.

This is a full-time consultancy assignment for four months with a possible extension. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup, and you will spend your working days at the facility in Jordbro.
