About the role

As a logistics consultant with us, you work closely with our customers in varied assignments – from analysis and strategy to implementation and follow-up. You drive projects and contribute expertise in warehouse and logistics flows, with the goal of optimizing and future-proofing operations. The role involves a varied working method where you work on-site at the customer, from one of our offices, or at other locations depending on the assignment and needs.

You will:

• Work in customer projects as a project manager or specialist resource
• Analyze data and identify potential for improvement
• Design efficient warehouse flows and contribute to automation initiatives
• Plan and execute warehouse relocations and change projects
• Develop processes and working methods, and contribute to system improvements
• Prepare decision support materials, visualize solutions, and ensure progress
• Contribute to business development by identifying new needs and opportunities with the customer

About you

We are looking for you who are analytical, business-driven, and have a strong commitment to creating improvements. You are good at building trust and thrive in the advisor role where you combine sensitivity with clarity.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and management groups. You are driven by creating value – both in projects and in long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience driving development or investment projects within logistics
• Good knowledge of warehouse logistics, flow design, and preferably automation/systems
• Academic education in logistics, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience as a logistics consultant or in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English
• Business-minded thinking and habit of working close to the customer
