Your Role

As Sales Manager for Exlite, you take overall responsibility for the business and product range on the Nordic market – with a clear focus on growth, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.

The role is broad but primarily involves:

• Positioning Exlite as a premium offering.
• Driving assortment and product strategy in close collaboration with development and suppliers.
• Translating customer requirements into sharp, specified solutions and leading customer projects from needs and concept to delivery.
• Leading the team and conducting customer activities that strengthen the brand and the company's growth.

The Sales Manager role reports to the CEO of Proton Lighting AB.

Your Profile

• You have relevant industry experience and a background in sales, project management/project sales, or a similar role, preferably within the electrical industry.
• You have strong technical understanding and are confident in discussions regarding application, requirements, and solution selection.
• You are structured, proactive, and clearly business-driven – building trust through high delivery quality and long-term relationships.
• Advantageous: experience with international collaborations and previous leadership responsibility.
