We are now looking for an engaged HR Coordinator for Actic for a parental leave cover starting in September 2026. The position is planned to last for one year.

We are looking for a curious and engaged HR Coordinator who wants to develop together with us at Actic. In our team, we work close to the operations, support managers, and contribute to creating an even better workplace. Here, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you take significant responsibility, while always having an engaged team by your side.

About the role

As an HR Coordinator, you will have a broad role where you work closely with our managers and employees in various HR processes. You will become an important support in the daily work and contribute to ensuring that our routines and guidelines work in practice. At the same time, you will drive your own projects and initiatives, focusing on developing and improving our ways of working, processes, and HR-related routines. The position is based at our support office in Ulriksdal.

Examples of tasks:

• Support for managers in labor law, recruitment, contracts, and HR systems
• Employment contracts and certificates
• Employee surveys and analysis
• Updating policies and HR materials
• Support in payroll review, salary mapping, and HR statistics
• Responsibility for the staffing system TooEasy

Your profile

We are looking for you who have relevant education in HR or equivalent experience. You are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in the role of supporting others. You are comfortable with systems and enjoy digging into details without losing sight of the big picture.

Merits:

• Experience from a similar role
• Knowledge of payroll, labor law, and collective agreements
• Experience working in staffing systems, preferably TooEasy
