About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for a driven, self-sufficient controller with accounting skills for our client. They develop a large portion of the state's properties with cultural-historical and national value. You will be based at the office in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with the Property Manager on financial planning, follow-up, and reporting within a property area. The role combines strategic analysis with practical accounting tasks and involves collaboration with colleagues in the Finance Unit.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes
• Support the Property Manager with financial analysis and reporting
• Perform ongoing accounting and handle project closures and reclassifications
• Contribute to the development of routines and support materials in the Finance Unit
• Collaborate with administration assistants and other economists in the organization

Your profile

As a controller, it is important to be analytical, precise, and structured. You need to have the ability to see the big picture while simultaneously paying attention to details, as small deviations can have significant implications in financial analyses. A good controller is also communicative and can explain figures and relationships clearly to others in the organization. Furthermore, initiative and a solution-oriented approach are required to contribute to improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience working with financial management and planning, budgeting, and operational follow-up
• Experience coordinating and leading colleagues and supporting managers in budget, forecast, and closing work. Structure the work and ensure that schedules are met and that underlying data maintains the required quality
• Worked for at least 3 years with accounting and independently completed closing processes, e.g., reconciling accounts, making reclassifications, and accruals in connection with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Merits:

• Worked for at least 3 years in the financial system Unit4 ERP (Agresso) and in several modules
• Worked for at least 3 years as a controller and collaborated with managers in financial work (budget, forecast, and closing)
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and closing processes

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-01-31, with the possibility of extension. Start date: 2026-07-20.
