HR Strategist with a Focus on Talent Acquisition

The HR department is a valued asset in the municipality and enjoys great trust among the organization's operations. We are involved, influential, and make a difference every day. Our team of five people works together for the municipality's five administrations with different assignments and specialist areas.

Job Responsibilities
As an HR Strategist here, you contribute to ensuring that all our municipal operations succeed in their mission to achieve the municipality's vision and goals and create a good service for our citizens in Oxelösund. You are part of an HR team that, through its various competencies, contributes to good leadership and employee engagement in our operations. In this work, your role is to provide qualified knowledge support, training, advice, and excellent service. In your assignment, you will work both operationally and strategically.
Main areas of responsibility where you are responsible for developing, driving, and maintaining in-depth knowledge in:
- Strategic talent acquisition, including work with employer branding and creating an attractive employer.
- Being responsible for the overall recruitment process and having a supportive role to the organization regarding various parts of recruitment, as well as being the system administrator for Visma Recruit.
- Being responsible for the overall processes regarding onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinating the municipality's summer jobs for youth, including planning and implementation.
- Coordinating the municipality's applications to the restructuring fund.
Our managers will turn to you for advice and support, especially in matters concerning the main area of responsibility such as recruitment, advertising, and talent acquisition issues.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you should have an academic degree with a focus on personnel issues. Furthermore, you should have a couple of years (general) working life experience before or after your studies.
It is an advantage if you have experience of:
- Work within the HR field.
- Work in the public sector.
- Recruitment work.
To thrive in the role of HR Strategist with a focus on talent acquisition, you need to have a strong interest in employer issues, particularly related to talent acquisition.
You should have the ability to work independently, be trustworthy, responsible, pedagogical, professional, and confident in yourself. Furthermore, you should be collaborative and have very good communication skills. We believe you will fit in with us if you have the ability to create the trust and good relationships that are so important in our work.

Since Oxelösund Municipality is part of a Swedish-speaking administrative area in Finland, we welcome applicants with knowledge of Finnish. Other language skills in addition to Swedish and English are also seen as positive.
