We are looking for someone with experience in IT and technical support, a strong interest in gaming, and who thrives in customer contact and handling RMA cases. The role involves working with gaming accessories, and communication is primarily in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities:

As a team member, you will join a team of six and take responsibility for the entire RMA process. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Contacting customers via phone, email, and case management systems
• Receiving, assessing, and handling RMA cases, as well as documenting and following up on complaints
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support for gaming accessories and peripheral equipment
• Collaborating with internal departments and suppliers to drive cases to resolution
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and customer communication

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT and technical support
• Interest in technology, preferably with knowledge of computers and gaming
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Experienced in customer contact and working with case management systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in support for gaming products
• Knowledge of RMA processes and supplier contacts
• Basic networking or hardware knowledge

Working Hours and Other:

• Working hours: 08:00–17:00 with flexible working time options
• Primary languages at the workplace: Swedish and English
• We have a collective agreement and offer a wellness allowance
