Are you a structured team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are currently looking for a driven Economics Assistant for an exciting company in the logistics industry. This role is perfect for you if you are studying economics and want to gain valuable work experience during the summer in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

• Credit control of orders according to the current credit policy.
• Customer contact via phone and email for verification of payments.
• Handling and reconciliation of customer accounts and payments.
• Administration of direct debits, payment reminders, and interest invoicing.
• Handling refunds to customers as well as collection cases.
• Daily work with UC regarding credit reductions, increases, and company changes.
• Ongoing invoice management in the Medius system as well as handling group invoices.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and studying economics, and who is now looking for a rewarding challenge for the summer. To thrive in this role, we see that you are a person who remains calm even when the pace picks up and who appreciates a varied daily routine where administrative tasks are mixed with valuable customer contact. You take great personal responsibility for ensuring your work is done meticulously and are driven by learning new things. We place great importance on your personal attitude and your ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems and working methods.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a student in economics.
• Is available to work throughout the entire continuous summer period.
• Is stress-resistant, flexible, and comfortable handling multiple parallel tasks.
• Is meticulous and service-oriented in customer contact.
• Experience with the business system M3 is highly meritorious.

Other details

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment (Summer vacancy week 22-35).
• Location: On-site at the client company. Central Stockholm.
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:00.
• Start: Week 22.
• Salary: According to agreement.
