Are you a senior accounts receivable assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference? We are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed with the company, create structure, and deliver results. Here you will play a key role in stabilizing and developing the accounts receivable function in an organization undergoing change.

About the role

You will step in as a consultant for approximately 6 months in an finance department consisting of five people, two of whom currently work with accounts receivable. The team needs reinforcement from an experienced and self-sufficient resource who can quickly get up to speed with the operations and contribute immediately. The client has their office in northwestern Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Handle and quality-assure the entire accounts receivable process.
• Clean up historical data and manage accumulated backlogs.
• Ensure correct invoicing and payment processing.
• Drive and optimize processes within accounts receivable.
• Contribute to setting up and implementing new routines and working methods.
• Support the organization in creating stable and sustainable workflows for the future.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience working with accounts receivable.
• Accustomed to working operationally and "hands-on" in complex situations.
• Experience in cleaning up and structuring workflows in finance departments.
• System savvy (experience with Kobra is an advantage but not a requirement).
