Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will become a key figure in Granlund’s Swedish organization. You will be responsible for driving projects from the early concept and design phases through to practical delivery, with a focus on ensuring compliance with the customer’s requirements specifications, contracts, and agreed quality standards.

The role involves leading both smaller and larger projects in Sweden, often with project participants located both nationally and internationally. You will act as the end customer’s extended arm and primary point of contact throughout the entire project; from early technical discussions to monitoring execution on the construction site.

The work is varied and may involve leading engineers through a design phase one day, and the next day following up on production or progress on-site. You will work closely with colleagues in electrical, HVAC, cooling, and other disciplines to ensure high-quality holistic solutions.

The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon, based at our headquarters in Lidköping. Since most of our projects are linked to Sweden’s larger cities, regular travel within the role is expected.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education with a technical focus, such as an engineer, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience. You have worked in project operations for several years and feel confident in the role with a good understanding of requirements, quality, economics, and coordination.

Experience from construction, installation, or data center projects is meritorious, preferably within new construction or renovation. You have a technical understanding that allows you to communicate with both specialists and customers, even if you do not need to be a technical expert in all details. You command both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.

As a person, you are responsible, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You are curious, positive, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You thrive in a role with great freedom under responsibility, are self-initiating, and comfortable handling changes and new conditions during ongoing projects.
