The Role

Avonova Health in Västerås is growing in line with our customers' demand, and we are now looking for an additional

Nurse to join our competent and friendly team!

As an occupational health nurse/nurse at Avonova, you serve as a support to company management, managers, contact persons, and employees based on your professional expertise. You act as a support and advisor in matters concerning health, working environment, and well-being, contributing your expertise to create sustainable workplaces for our client companies. The role involves responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing health-promoting and working environment-related initiatives based on customer needs.

You will be part of a friendly team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative competence. In addition, you should enjoy working independently. You will primarily work at our health center in Västerås, and also in Hallstahammar. Work is also performed on-site at our customers' premises.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Health examinations
• Statutory medical controls
• Vaccinations
• Staffing company clinics on-site at customer locations
• Coordination and organization of rehabilitation work and training initiatives
• Customer responsibility for certain client companies

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as an occupational health nurse or a registered nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. Experience in rehabilitation coordination is an advantage. You have a business-like and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. Furthermore, you have a health-promoting mindset and a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment. You thrive in a consultative role and find it easy to build trusting relationships. You are secure, stable, and self-reliant, and enjoy collaborating in teams with other professional categories such as nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational health engineers, and administrators. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
