Nyköping Fontänhus is a work-oriented rehabilitation center for people with mental health issues. We work based on the evidence-based Fontänhus model, and all work performed in the house consists of important tasks necessary for the operation. Members and staff work side by side to run the operations. The staff are responsible for guiding, supporting, and motivating members to participate. The clubhouse focuses on the strengths of each individual.

We are part of an international network, and all participation is based on voluntariness and self-determination. The purpose is to provide the support members need to achieve social, economic, and professional goals, thereby reducing the need for care and avoiding hospital stays. Job Description

As a Supervisor and Deputy Operations Manager, you will work based on the Fontänhus model and a fixed structure. This means, among other things, that you will plan and carry out various tasks together with members within our different units. You will receive training together with members in the Fontänhus model.

We are looking for a secure and competent generalist who treats people with respect and empathy. As a supervisor, you follow our members in their needs and interests, which means you should be comfortable switching between being an inspiring and engaged leader.

Fontänhus constantly develops its work with jobs and studies and has trained in the Supported Employment/Training (SE/ST) method. The development work continues, and we would appreciate it if you, as an applicant, have competence and interest in support for work and the SE/ST method.

Primarily, the role involves assisting the Operations Manager in daily routine work and replacing and running the operations during their absence. As a deputy manager, you should have a good overview and be responsible for ensuring that the operations are conducted in accordance with the Fontänhus model's international guidelines and jointly set operational goals.
