Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master.

What You Will Work On

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support teams in achieving sprint goals and predictable delivery.
• Drive agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning together with Product Owners.
• Ensure transparency through agile metrics, reporting, and delivery artefacts.
• Coach teams in agile maturity, self-organization, and collaboration.
• Foster psychological safety and healthy team dynamics.
• Support stakeholder communication and organizational alignment.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and business functions.
• Monitor delivery trends, risks, and team performance indicators.
• Contribute to sustainable and value-driven agile delivery processes.

• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master in complex agile environments.
• Experience supporting high-performing and self-organizing teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Strong coaching skills within agile maturity and team development.
• Experience fostering collaboration, self-leadership, and psychological safety.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and sustainable delivery practices.
• Experience working within complex organizational structures and distributed teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
