Job Responsibilities

You will work as a nursing assistant or care aide, in a team with dedicated colleagues and support from nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and managers. We work based on the national value foundation for elderly care, focusing on security, respect, and meaningfulness.

• In our care and nursing homes in Borgholm and Löttorp, you are part of a work team that provides support based on each care recipient's needs.
• Within home care, you work independently in the individual's home with personal care, social activities, and service tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are 18 years of age (or will turn 18 during the summer).
• Are caring, responsible, and enjoy working with people.
• Have education or experience from care and nursing, but this is not a requirement.
• Have a driver's license, which is a requirement in most areas within home care.

A language test may be conducted during the recruitment process.
