Do you want to help develop and strengthen accounting in one of Sweden's most dynamic companies within transport, excavation, bulk handling, and contracting? At Bellman Group (publ), we are now looking for a meticulous, analytical, and business-oriented Senior Accountant who wants to play a central role in our continued growth journey. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, and quality assurance of financial flows that contribute to the Group's strategic decisions.

Bellman Group is a nationwide, growing conglomerate with approximately 800 engaged employees operating within the construction and infrastructure industry. We specialize in rock blasting, excavation, transport, and mass handling, with a clear focus on circular and sustainable solutions for infrastructure projects. The Group consists of 14 subsidiaries from north to south, all with strong brands and a culture characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and high quality.

As a Senior Accountant at the parent company, you are a key person in ensuring correct accounting and reporting for the parent company and several subsidiaries, including those in the real estate sector. You work closely with both the operations and the Group's central finance department, and are responsible for developing and quality-assuring accounting processes. You report to the Group's Head of Group Consolidation.

The position is located at our modern office in Solna.

• Responsible for ongoing accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in accounting processes and reporting.
• Prepare annual reports and tax declarations.
• Support operations with accounting matters and act as a sounding board for managers and leadership.
• Drive improvement work within accounting, routines, and internal controls.
• Participate in the implementation and development of systems and processes.

We are looking for you who have a solid background in accounting and thrive in a role where you take significant responsibility and work closely with the business. You are self-motivated, structured, and have strong analytical skills.

• Hold an academic degree in economics or equivalent.
• Have at least 10–15 years of experience in qualified accounting work.
• Have very good knowledge of K3 (Swedish GAAP) and preferably experience with Group accounting and IFRS.
• Are confident in closing processes and reporting.
• Have good communication skills and are easy to collaborate with.
• Have experience from the construction, contracting, or infrastructure industry (meritorious).
• Have experience with Oracle, Power BI, or Microsoft Business Central (meritorious).
