Career Coach – Rusta och Matcha

We are a provider to the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), with the mission to support unemployed individuals into employment or education, thereby contributing to reduced unemployment in Sweden.

We have been operating for five years and, thanks to our presence on social media, have built a large and active community of job seekers. We interact daily with our target audience via social media, generating millions of video views and thousands of comments every month.

Since our inception, we have built a community of over 100,000 followers on social media. During the same period, we have successfully completed over 3,000 placements, helping job seekers – primarily long-term unemployed individuals – enter employment or education.

We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented career coach who wants to coach and match job seekers with jobs or educational programs.

About the Role

As a Career Coach at HelloLilly, you have overall responsibility for the participant's journey with us – from start to employment. You work with individual coaching, matching with employers, and follow-up, while ensuring quality in documentation and reporting.

You will become part of an engaged team and work closely with your colleagues to create the best possible results for our participants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individual action plans
• Hold regular coaching and development meetings
• Support in job searching, CV/Cover Letter preparation, interview training, and educational choices
• Match participants with jobs or education
• Collaborate with employers and internal teams
• Responsible for documentation in our systems
• Report according to agreements with the Swedish Public Employment Service
• Follow up with participants even after they have achieved employment

Who We Are Looking For

• Confident in coaching conversations and able to motivate different individuals
• Structured and administratively precise
• Results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals
• Strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach
• Thrives in taking ownership of your work while valuing collaboration and contributing to the team's collective success
• Comfortable using various IT systems

Experience in coaching, matching, recruitment, or working within labor market initiatives is an advantage.

Requirements for Working as a Coach

To work as a coach within the "Rusta och Matcha" program, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Option 1:
A university degree with at least 180 higher education credits and 2 years of work experience in any field.

Option 2:
1 year of post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade, plus 3 years of work experience in one of the following areas (combinations of the following roles are allowed):

• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case management in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
