About the Role

We are now looking for more dedicated and service-oriented customer service representatives to join our office in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will help customers with various payment solutions and work to deliver top-quality service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling customer cases related to invoices and payment reminders
• Support via incoming phone calls
• Customer contact via email when necessary

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 (day and evening shifts)

The position begins with a paid training period, where you will gain knowledge about both the technical systems and how to provide the best possible customer service.

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Completed upper secondary education
• Clean criminal record
• No payment defaults
