About the Role

ChargeBuddy is now looking for a driven salesperson within energy solutions. You will be selling battery storage, solar panels, and smart energy management systems to homeowners.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing the deal. Initially, you will work with outbound sales and gradually build your own customer base, with a high likelihood of handling incoming inquiries over time.

Responsibilities

  • Handle new customer acquisition (via phone)
  • Build and manage your own customer portfolio
  • Manage incoming inquiries over time
  • Conduct needs assessments with customers
  • Develop and present solutions within energy storage and solar energy
  • Drive the business from start to finish
  • Work towards set targets

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from the energy sector (solar panels, batteries, electricity contracts, or similar)
