We are now looking for a Junior Project Controller with an interest in financing who wants to develop in a broad role where you will work closely with both project management and finance.

Responsibilities

As our new Junior Project Controller, you will have a developmental role and be a central function within the company. You will provide the organization with necessary information, reports, and data for financial decisions.

In the role of Junior Project Controller, you will work closely with project management and finance, focusing on continuous monitoring and financial administration. A large part of the work involves tracking project finances, handling forecasts, and working with budgeting and financial monitoring. You will also compile and register figures, analyze results, and ensure that financial information is accurate and up to date.

Furthermore, the role includes work related to financing, reporting, and administration regarding projects and various financial data. The role involves many contact surfaces where you are expected to be accessible, service-oriented, and support both project managers and colleagues in financial matters and daily operations. You will also contribute to developing and following internal routines and assist with monthly and quarterly reviews.

Personal Qualities and Requirements

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in economics, finance, or a similar field. You preferably have some previous experience in economic, controlling, or project administrative work and a basic understanding of budgeting and financing.

The role requires you to be structured, detail-oriented, and have good administrative skills. You are accustomed to using various digital systems, with knowledge of SAP and Excel being advantageous. Furthermore, you express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are independent, responsible, and solution-oriented, while also having an easy time collaborating with others and a strong desire to learn and develop. About the Position

The position of Junior Project Controller is a full-time consultancy assignment initially lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client, with the possibility of a permanent position with our client.
