On behalf of our client, we are directly recruiting a Danish-speaking customer service representative for incoming calls and emails within the aviation industry. We are looking for you who are service-minded, understand customers' needs, and find quick and effective solutions. You have an eye for detail and can deliver high quality in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who has a good ability to collaborate in a team but also the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are engaged and responsible. You must be fluent in both spoken and written Danish. You have good computer skills and the ability to communicate in a structured way and build relationships over the phone.

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you answer incoming calls and emails from customers. This may include questions regarding flight bookings, delays, or cancelled flights, payments, etc. By providing the best possible service, the work will be enjoyable and developmental for you, while the customer hangs up with a smile!

Working Hours

Rotating schedule

Monday – Friday 07:00–19:00

Saturday – Sunday 09:00–18:00

Salary

Monthly salary: 26,000 SEK/month
