About the role

As a counselor here, you work closely with job seekers to support them in the process of finding the right job or education. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching participants through individual conversations and guidance
• Giving lectures and facilitating workshops
• Matching candidates with employers and educational programs
• Assisting with CVs, cover letters, and interview training
• Building and maintaining a strong network of companies and organizations
• Holding inspiring lectures and informative meetings

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working within the "Rusta och matcha" (Prepare and Match) initiative
• Has a strong drive to help people move forward
• Is social, solution-oriented, and has a coaching approach to work
• Has the ability to create and maintain relationships with employers
• Has a structured and goal-oriented attitude
• Has digital competence and is comfortable holding online meetings

Qualifications required:

Requirements: (Meet at least one of the following alternatives)

Alternative 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (HEC)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2

• At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade
• At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:

• Work leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case handling in personnel matters (not solely administration)
• Work with labor market and working life issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
