As a dedicated service technician, you combine technical work with customer contact and follow the customer through the entire process. You work in VPS pairs and deliver service with high quality, speed, and precision!

Responsibilities

As a dedicated service technician, you work in a tight-knit team where you and a colleague are responsible for the customer throughout the entire process – from first contact to completed work. The role combines technical work with service, meaning you receive customer bookings, perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs, while ensuring the customer receives a secure and professional experience.

You are the customer's primary contact person and follow the case from start to finish. This involves planning the work, documentation, payment handling, and ongoing dialogue with the customer. You work in parallel with multiple assignments simultaneously and ensure that the work flows efficiently together with your technician partner. At the start, you will receive a clear introduction with a walkthrough of systems, routines, and working methods to quickly get up to speed in the role.

• Receiving and handing over vehicles, as well as handling payments
• Performing troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs
• Maintaining ongoing customer contact and being responsible for the entire customer journey
• Planning daily tasks and documenting completed work

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Very good computer and system skills
• Very good technical understanding
• Experience in similar tasks is highly meritorious

To thrive and succeed in the role of a dedicated service technician, you need to be meticulous and have a strong focus on quality. You work methodically and structured, even under time pressure, and take responsibility for ensuring the work is done correctly – especially when handling high-value vehicles.

This role suits you if you are service-oriented, social, and enjoy having lots of customer contact. You find it easy to switch between different tasks and maintain a high pace while keeping focus on the details. A practical person with good problem-solving skills will quickly get into the work and develop well within the team.
