Job Description
Are you an administrative star with a knack for finance and structure? Do you have experience in administration and thrive in a role with many contact points? We are now looking for an engaged Finnish-speaking Guarantee Administrator for a consulting assignment with one of our clients – a leading Nordic conglomerate.
Responsibilities
As a Guarantee Administrator, you are responsible for the administration of external and internal guarantees for the group's subsidiaries. You report to the Head of Structured Finance and work independently within your area of responsibility in consultation with your manager.
Scope: Full-time consulting assignment.
Duration: Start after summer, lasting until May/June next year.
Your main tasks:
In this role, you have broad responsibility for the entire guarantee flow. Your tasks include:
- Guarantee Management: Handle requests, order and register external guarantees, and establish parent company guarantees for the group.
- Administration & Support: Responsible for write-downs, closures, and capacity certificates, as well as supporting business areas in guarantee matters.
- Economic Control: Reconcile the system with external providers and validate invoices and the group's total exposure.
- Reporting & Invoicing: Prepare accounting files, invoice guarantee costs to projects, and transfer pricing costs. You will also prepare and report the group's guarantee exposure.
- Projects & Development: Participate in group-wide projects, train in the process, act as a Super User, and develop the guarantee system.
- Other: Update Powers of Attorney as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is meticulous and possesses a high level of service orientation. To be considered for the role, you have:
- Education in economics/business administration or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative work or finance.
- Good communication skills in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
