Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing need for the right skills in the train and railway industry – here and now, and in the long term. We are currently looking for experienced train technicians based in Hässleholm!

As a train technician, you are a vital part of a team ensuring that trains run safely and efficiently. Your work will range from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You will document technical deviations and actions, collaborate closely with colleagues, and also thrive when working independently.

The responsibilities include:

• Service, repair, and maintenance of trains
• Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical systems, and electronics
• Reporting and documentation in technical systems
• Participation in improvement work regarding safety and quality

Shift work is involved – operations run 24/7, year-round. Working hours and schedules are adapted as much as possible to your skills and life situation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Some years of experience as a train technician
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and a solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to take responsibility and thrive working both independently and in a team

Meritorious qualifications:

Strong electrical skills (AC/DC, troubleshooting, schematic reading).
