Do you want to take the next step in HR and help build a modern, business-oriented HR function in a growing organization? Now is the opportunity to step into a broad and developmental role where, together with a colleague, you will work closely with the business, support managers, and help shape future HR processes. We are looking for you who have a few years of HR experience and want to grow further in a role with both operational and strategic elements.

About the Role

As an HR Partner, you will become an important part of the organization, working in collaboration with the current HR Manager, close to the company's managers and leadership, within a broad HR mandate. You will support everything from daily personnel matters to contributing to longer-term initiatives related to talent acquisition, organizational development, and sustainability. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues both locally and internationally, as well as contact with trade union partners.

You will step into a situation where the HR function is under development, which means great opportunities to influence and structure the work moving forward. There is already a foundation to stand on, but much will also be shaped together with you, where you take on suitable areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers in HR-related questions and employee matters
  • Work with recruitment, primarily within the technical field
  • Drive and develop work regarding talent identification and competence development
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle personnel administration, contracts, and HR systems
  • Participate in organizational changes and projects
  • Collaborate with trade union partners (Unionen and IF Metall)
  • Contribute to salary and cost analyses
  • Participate in sustainability work and reporting
  • Work on internal initiatives and employee activities

We are looking for you who

  • Have a university education in HR or equivalent
  • Have at least two years of experience in broad HR work
  • Have worked operationally with recruitment, HR administration, and manager support
  • Have good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
  • Are accustomed to working in HR systems as well as the Office suite
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
  • It is highly meritorious if you have an interest in technology

Other Information

This is a recruitment with direct employment at the client company. You are expected to be able to work at the company's office in Borås as the assignment is of such a nature that this is required, but flexible hours apply.
