Site Manager for the Reuse Center in Skärholmen
Do you want to help develop one of Stockholm's most exciting meeting places for sustainability, creativity, and circular thinking? The Skärholmen Reuse Center is now looking for an engaged and communicative Site Manager who wants to drive and develop the business together with us at LL Bolagen.
About the Skärholmen Reuse Center
The Skärholmen Reuse Center opened in 2021 and is a unique indoor facility of 950 sqm, with an additional 550 sqm of outdoor space. Here, reuse, circularity, and sustainable waste management are at the center. The facility functions as a shop-like meeting place where visitors can drop off and pick up portable reusable items and bulky waste, participate in workshops, and be inspired to adopt more sustainable consumption habits.
In 2024, the facility had over 100,000 visitors, and the business continues to develop. What makes the Skärholmen Reuse Center unique is the ambition to be a creative and inspiring place where workshops and practical creation are at the center. The facility houses a fix-and-repair department as well as three workshops for textiles, wood, and other materials. These workshops are used both to host workshops and to give visitors the opportunity to explore, create, and repair themselves during opening hours. The goal is to regularly offer workshops – at least one per month with space for at least 15 participants – that encourage creative reuse and show how materials can get new life. There are good opportunities here to both create and renovate with reusable materials, making the Reuse Center a vibrant meeting place for anyone who wants to be inspired and develop their skills in sustainability and circular thinking.

About LL Bolagen
LL Bolagen is a privately owned company with roots in Stockholm and a history dating back to 1991. Our garbage trucks have since become a well-known part of the cityscape, and we are still an entrepreneur-driven company with strong ties to the founding family. The family feeling permeates our culture and is an important part of our identity.
We operate in the Greater Stockholm area as well as Uppsala and are today a group with approximately 350 employees and an annual turnover of around 350 MSEK. We are a fast-paced organization where the path from decision to action is short – both in our internal work and in the meeting with the customer. Here, you work in a flat organization with clear areas of responsibility, where sustainability and quality are a natural part of everyday life.
We have high goals for our sustainability work and strive to become climate neutral. Already today, all of our collection vehicles are powered by electricity, biogas, or HVO100. We are also certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and our work is regularly audited by external auditors to ensure the highest standard.
