We are currently looking for 1–2 personal assistants who can work on an as-needed basis. Working hours are scheduled between 09:00–21:00, seven days a week. Male applicants are preferred.

About the client
The client in question is a wheelchair-using man in his 70s with a strong interest in technology and machinery. He lives in a rural area outside Arboga and leads an active life. We would prefer candidates who enjoy being outdoors and are physically active.

Your profile
You should be mature in your approach to handling various situations, both demanding and less demanding. It is an advantage if you share the client's interest in technology and machinery. Humor, understanding, and initiative are important to the client.

Good physical fitness is required as the client is active. We appreciate assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks are varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, requiring a high degree of flexibility.

To thrive in this role, you must be self-assured, perceptive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work. The job is built on deep respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.
