Mold Tooling Technician

As a Mold Tooling Specialist, you will have a broad and significant role where you will:

• Manufacture and modify parts for mold tools and peripheral equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on tools
• Contribute technical expertise in new projects, root cause analyses, and improvement work
• Manufacture production-related details and drive solutions that strengthen our processes
• Work closely with production and become a central part of our technical team

Your profile – technically strong and proud of your craftsmanship

We believe that you:

• Have extensive experience with mold tools within the polymer/plastics industry
• Mastery of turning, milling, EDM (spark erosion), polishing, welding, and soldering
• Have experience with CAM (required)
• Thrive in a role where you take responsibility, solve problems, and drive improvements
• Are a humble team player who enjoys helping colleagues and contributing to a good work environment
