We are now looking for a meticulous and hardworking wood industry worker for our client in the wood industry in Borås. Are you a handy person with experience in assembly and reading technical drawings? Then this might be the job for you!

About the role

In the role of wood industry worker, you will work with cutting, sanding, and gluing of wood parts, as well as assembling frames and details. You will also be responsible for assembling wood products and handling machines such as sanders, saws, and presses. The work takes place in a workshop environment where dust, gluing, and machine usage may occur. The company offers a good working environment, a structured introduction, and opportunities for professional development. The position is full-time (100%) with day shifts.

• You have experience in assembly.
• You can read and understand technical drawings.
• You have knowledge of wood as a material and its properties.

• You have education or experience as a carpenter.
• You have previously worked with the construction of wood products.
• You have experience in fine woodworking.
