We are currently looking for a CAM Programmer for an established industrial company. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and optimizing production by creating efficient machining strategies and programs for CNC-controlled machines.

You will act as a key link between design and production, ensuring that the manufacturing process is both cost-effective and high-quality.

• Prepare and process manufacturing documentation for production

• Create and optimize CAM programs for CNC machining

• Analyze drawings, models, and technical documentation

• Select machining methods, tools, and strategies

• Work closely with production, production engineering, and design teams

• Participate in improvement and efficiency projects

• Ensure high quality and optimal production economics

• Experience as a CAM Programmer, Production Engineer, or in a similar role

• Good understanding of CNC machining, milling, and/or turning

• Proficient in working with CAD/CAM systems

• Experience in reading technical drawings and documentation

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented

• Thrives in cross-functional collaboration

Practical experience from a workshop environment and previous work close to CNC production is considered an asset.
