We are currently looking for a CNC operator specializing in milling for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in central Gothenburg. You will work with CNC milling machines and be a key part of the production, where attention to detail and technical interest are highly valued.

We are primarily looking for someone who already has experience with CNC milling, but we also welcome candidates who have basic knowledge and a strong desire to develop further in the profession. If you have the right attitude and understanding of machining, there are good opportunities to grow into the role over time.

• Set up, rig, and operate CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Perform measurements and quality controls
• Tool changes and machine adjustments
• Ensure high quality and efficiency in production
• Participate in improvement and optimization work

• Has experience with CNC milling or other machining industries
• Has a good understanding of reading drawings and measurement techniques
• Is technically interested and wants to develop within CNC machining
• Works carefully, with quality awareness, and in a structured manner
• Enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating with colleagues

Experience is always valuable, but we also place great emphasis on personality, attitude, and the willingness to learn. You don't need to know everything from day one, but we appreciate that you have a foundation to stand on and a genuine interest in technology and manufacturing.
