We are now looking for a meticulous and hardworking wood industry worker for our client in the wood industry in Borås. Are you a handy person with experience in assembly and reading drawings? Then this could be the job for you!

About the position

In the role of wood industry worker, you will work with cutting, sanding, and gluing of wood details, as well as assembling frames and components. You will also be responsible for assembling wood products and operating machines such as sanders, saws, and presses. The work takes place in a workshop environment where dust and gluing may occur, along with the use of machinery. The company offers a good working environment, a structured introduction, and the opportunity to develop within the profession. The position is 100% with daytime hours.

• You have experience in assembly.
• You have the ability to read and understand drawings.
• You have knowledge of wood as a material and its properties.
• You are pleasant and sociable.

• You are accustomed to collaborating and working in a team.
• You have education or experience as a carpenter.
• You have previously worked with the construction of wood products.
• You have experience in fine woodworking.
