We are looking for you if you are proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and a handy problem solver. Furthermore, you must be a quick learner, technically knowledgeable, precise, and quality-conscious, as our customers have high demands for quality. You also need to be physically fit, as some tasks can be strenuous or heavy. You should enjoy physical work as well as working with screens and fully automated systems. It is also very important that we assess that you have a personality that fits into the work group, is flexible, and can quickly adapt to new conditions. Previous work or experience in automated manufacturing is considered an advantage. You must have excellent Swedish skills, as all information and safety regulations are in Swedish.

You must also be able to work in 2-shift rotations.
