We are now looking for an engaged colleague for our facility in Uddevalla. In this role, you will become part of the heart of our production – it is here that everything starts. You will be responsible for operating our concrete mixing machines, which is the central hub that keeps our entire manufacturing process running. We offer a stable workplace with good team spirit, where you will have a key role from day one and good opportunities to influence the quality of the final product.

You will be employed as a consultant through Randstad and work on-site at our client's premises. Working hours are during the day, 07:00–16:00.

This assignment offers you a unique opportunity to potentially secure permanent employment with the client company in the long run. The assignment initially falls under our staffing services, but for the right person with the right attitude and performance, there are good chances of recruitment after a period.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the factory's concrete mixing machines.
• Material Supply: Ensuring a steady and efficient flow of ready-mix concrete to the factory's various production departments.
• Process Optimization: Actively working to develop and improve concrete mixing recipes to achieve the highest possible quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Machine Experience: You have previous experience working with machinery, for example, within industry, manufacturing, or heavy production.
• Technical Understanding: You have good technical aptitude and understand the importance of precision in a mechanical process.
• Quality Awareness: You are detail-oriented and motivated by optimizing processes (such as material recipes) to achieve the best results.
• Language: You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to safely follow instructions and document recipe changes.
